A World Full of Spooky Stories is such a delightful book to read and gaze upon. This is a great folklore anthology for all ages alike and although starts with the fairy tale that we’re all quite familiar with, travels and showcases tall tales from all over the globe
Some of my personal favorites are: The Cold Lady, The Ghost Land, The Sea Nymph, and Counting Out the Bodies.

The folklore ranges from Tibet to Canada from the spooky to the downright mundane. This might be a bit too much for children, but definitely just right for the middle grade age range and even for adults my age! Did I mention how gorgeous the art is? It’s absolutely stunning.
